Welcome to a new way of facing problem solving.

  • Who we are

One word describes who we (you and us) are: Passionate!

We are passionate about making simple the complex scenarios.

We are passionate about making simple the complex methodologies.

The result is passionating us even more: the ability to contribute in solving complex problems by using a simple and standardised approach, by speaking the language of who has the problem, by working directly in real problems. The results are telling us that this is our way.

Everybody can take a simple thing and make it complex, only a few can take a complex thing and make it simple.

  • Our mission

We love to help people and organisations to see the light at the end of their tunnel.

We love to give new eyes and a structured approach to the people who are struggling with problems, losing the clear vision that can drive them out of the pain.

We love to hear your cases, to support you just once or to collaborate longer, it doesn’t matter how, how much and how long we can stay in touch.

    Why? Because we love, anyway.

  • Applied Problem Solving

The feeling is that Problem Solving is not well known. Researches from Michael Page (*) and Forbes (**) show that on one side it is the most common skill on the curricula and on the other side it is one of the most difficult skill to find in candidates applying for a job.

    What is Problem Solving?

Problem Solving is a robust pathway to follow so complex scenario can be clarified and the solution of problems, which most of the times is just well hidden within the problem itself, can be found. Problem solving is "what you do when you don't know what to do".

Why Applied? Because as humans we learn the most from what we do, so why wasting time in just reading about fake cases when we can work directly on real problems?

Well, we know this is dangerous for any methodology to test itself against real scenarios. This is the reason why we believe that APS has an additional gear, it has proven to be successfull whatever was the problem and we are sure it will of future challenges.
