Applied Problem Solving

The ability to solve problems has been observed in the earliest stage of human history; it is only in the past decades that repeateable problem solving processes have been developed. More than eight out of the most common methodologies have analyzed and tested to fully develop the Applied Problem Solving method.

The added value of APS (1) is the practical approach that allow the participants to our courses to apply the methodology to real problems, brought into the classroom by the participants. This approach takes the participant experience up to highest levels and will become a strong and strucured approach to face the problems also after the couse, where the theoretical approaches fail.
